Hence, this platform also provide zero deposit fee for those who are booking the vendors. Festivent will help by providing a safe an secured platform between customer and vendor by holding the transaction and release the funds to the vendors once both party have agreed. Our customer are eligible to receive the refunds and our vendors will receive their payment, so both party gain benefits when using our platform to book and made the transaction.
