Cancellations made 5 days or more in advance of the booking date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 2 - 4 days will receive a 60% refund for customers, vendor will receive 30% and Festivent will impose 10% as penality fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours to the booking will receive a 10% refund, vendor will receive 80% and Festivent will impose 10% as penalty fee.
If one of the vendors is missing in action or fail to perform their service, customers are elligible to receive 100% refund.
After receiving your confirmation, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 3 - 5 business days from the date of the refund in order for us to process it. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via whatsapp when your refund has been processed.
