Booking can be made without any payment with zero deposit. However, once the booking is accepted by vendor, full payment is required to secure the booking. The funds will only be released to vendor once both parties has completed the services as agreed upon both sides.

Feel free to reach out to us in case of no show, as early as possible to avoid such incidence. We will contact vendors to ensure their service is delivered smoothly. Failure to do so will entitle customers to receive full refund amount. Backup vendors will be deployed to help if agreed by customers.

You can get vendor's contact information once full amount of the booking has been paid. Vendors will also be able to receive customer's contact information after this.

Yes, you may cancel your booking by informing us via whatsapp. We will notify the vendor of the cancellation. The refund process will be made within 3 - 5 business days. You may not cancel booking 5 days before the event date as vendors would have already executed your booking arrangements. Otherwise, customers are no longer eligible for full refund amount.

It is optional, but we Highly recommend for you to have a SSM in order to get "Verified" label in our listing

You can set your product price with minimun quantity of order for customer to buy your product. You also can provide another price for an organizer to book you as a vendor for their event.

Once we have enough listing of a certain category, we will advertise it and promote your business in our ads for FREE. So more customer will visit our platform and increase your conversion rate.
